I HAVE SPOKE WITH MY LAWYER AND THEY ARE READY TO PROCEED FOWARD WITH TAKING HOPPER TO COURT BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, I AM VERY MUCH OWED A FULL REFUND IF THE AIRLINE CANCELS MY FLIGHT. ![]() THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT 90 DAYS BUT THATS VERY UNFORTUNATE TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE 90 DAYS TO WAIT. STRIKE 3! IT HAS BEEN TOOOOOOOOOOO LONG AND NO ONE EVEN READS THE STUPID CHAT BOX THROUGH THE APP. AND THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE AIRLINE TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT AND THE AIRLINE HAD ALREADY CANCELLED MY FLIGHT. I CANCELLED MY FLIGHT THROUGH THE APP WHICH STILL SHOWS THAT IT IS NOT CANCELLED. I PANICKED AND THEN I STARTED TO REACH OUT TO HOPPER WHO IS ONLY ALLOWING A COMPUTER TO COMMUNICATE WITH ITS PATRONS. I THEN REALIZED THAT THE CARD NUMBER THAT REFUND WAS GOING BACK TO WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THE REFUND. STRIKE 1! NEXT THE AIRLINE CANCELLED MY FLIGHT AND WHEN I SPOKE WITH THEM THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK. I REACHED OUT TO THEM FIRST ABOUT THAT BUT NO RESPONSE. LETS START OFF BY FIRST I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE HOPPER CREDIT WHEN THE PRICE OF MY ORIGINAL TICKET DROPPED. CANCELLED FLIGHT WITH NO MONEY BACK AND NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH
